FAQs

What internet speed do I need for Zoom?

Zoom recommends 3 Mbps up + down for HD video, 1.5 Mbps for SD. Most Indian plans give plenty of download but only 10-30 Mbps upload — usually still enough.

Why does my video freeze but audio stays?

Video uses more bandwidth, so when bandwidth drops video drops first while audio survives. Indicates intermittent loss or bursty jitter.
