VoIP calls (WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, regular cellular VoLTE) need three things: low latency, low jitter, low packet loss. If any of these breaks, your call freezes, robot-voices, or drops. Speed doesn't matter — a 5 Mbps connection with clean numbers carries calls better than a 500 Mbps connection with 2% loss.

Most people complain to their ISP about 'bad calls' and get told to restart the router. Signalyzr gives you the actual numbers — 'jitter 45 ms, packet loss 2.3%' — which forces the ISP to take the complaint seriously and gives you the specific fix.
Mean Opinion Score, 1–5 scale. 4.0+ is 'good' (a normal phone call). 3.6+ is 'fair'. Below 3.6 is 'poor' (noticeable problems). Below 3.0 is 'bad' (struggling to understand). MOS is the standard telecom metric for voice quality.
WhatsApp shows that warning when it detects jitter > 50 ms or packet loss > 2%, even briefly. Run Signalyzr's call analyzer to confirm and identify which (jitter or loss) and where the cause is.
Wi-Fi has more jitter and loss than mobile data when signal is weak or there's interference. If calls work on mobile data and not Wi-Fi, the problem is Wi-Fi-side — channel, distance, or interference.
