Check whether Airtel has a real outage, or whether the problem is your line, Wi-Fi, DNS or mobile signal.
Signalyzr mobile app launching soon — advanced diagnostics for radio signal and deeper cellular insight.
When Airtel is not working, the visible symptom is the same whether the cause is a real outage, a tower issue, weak indoor signal, router failure, DNS breakage or FUP throttling.
Airtel issues are often split between Xstream Fiber last-mile faults and mobile tower congestion, so diagnosis matters. Signalyzr checks reachability from your own connection instead of relying on rumours or fake live outage claims.
Use it in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and major Airtel Xstream Fiber markets and anywhere else in India to collect useful evidence before calling support.
Airtel support escalates faster when you have a diagnosis showing outage symptoms.
Signalyzr does not invent live outage maps. Run the diagnosis from your Airtel connection: if all probes fail and other users in your area report the same symptom, it is likely an area outage.
Test from the affected line, compare Wi-Fi vs mobile data where possible, and look for all-probe failure. A single slow app or one failed website is not enough to call a full outage.
On mobile, the phone can stay attached to a tower while packet data is congested, FUP-throttled or misrouted. On broadband, Wi-Fi can show connected while the modem or fibre link is down.
Short configuration or local congestion incidents can clear in hours; fibre cuts and hardware faults can take longer. Use diagnosis timestamps rather than relying on unverified “live” claims.
Restart once if the issue could be local. If all probes still fail after restart, stop repeated resets and raise a support ticket with the evidence.
